Wellness Exam: $57:

Includes the doctor examining your pet from head to toe.  The doctor will listen to their heart and lungs, examine their ears, eyes, and teeth, and administer any vaccines they are due for.

Sick exam: $62:

If your loved one is not feeling well the doctor will listen to your pets heart and lungs, examine their mouth, ears, and eyes, and check their temperature.

After every examine you and the doctor will discuss what you would like to do during the exam.
