Anne E. Duffus, DVM
Dr Anne Duffus has been working in the field of Veterinary
Medicine since 1986 when she started as a Veterinary Assistant/
Hospital Manager of The Cat Hospital of Denver in Denver, CO.
Prior to that time Dr Duffus worked in the banking industry as a
management consultant and Banking Officer.
She obtained her BA in 1977 from Gordon College and her DVM
from The Ohio State College of Veterinary Medicine in 1993. She has a
special interest in Toy Breeds of dogs and is owned by 8 Chihuahuas.
Dr. Duffus is a 2nd Degree Black Belt in Tae Kwon Do, an NRA Certified
Pistol Instructor and avid target shooter.
Brenda A. Johnson, DVM
Dr Brenda Johnson obtained her DVM from The Ohio State College
of Veterinary Medicine in 1988 and has been with Whitehall Animal
Hospital since 1995. She works part time, mostly on Saturdays.
During the week she is the Coordinator for the Veterinary Technology
Program at Columbus State Community College where she is very busy
making sure that there are plenty of qualified Veterinary Technicians
in the state of Ohio.
Kristin
Kristin started as an intern at Whitehall Animal Hospital in May of 2009, as a part of her
degree program. She has developed into a full time veterinary assistant and has become the
Office Manager. She graduated with her BS in Animal Sciences from The Ohio State University
in June of 2010, and has been working as a vet assistant since. She has goals of obtaining
her Masters degree in Public Health with a Veterinary Specialization and eventually pursuing
her DVM! Kristin has 2 black labs (Oxford and Brutus), a cat (Ninja), and has just recently
adopted Samauri, a kitten from WAH! She enjoys spending time with family and friends, baking,
and anything related to sunshine!
Sarah
Sarah is a veterinary assistant and has been at Whitehall since 2002. She has son, Logan,
and a golden retriever named "Karma". Sarah has been studying to become a histology technician
and has continued working at Whitehall Animal Hospital on a part-time basis.
Chrissy
Chrissy is a Veterinary Assistant with over 11 years of experience in small animal practice. She is currently attending Columbus State Community College and pursuing her Veterinary Technician Degree. In her spare time she enjoys doing agility with her dogs and helps in canine rescue and foster care. She is a great asset to our team and a true animal lover!
Meghan
Meghan is a Veterinary Assistant at Whitehall Animal Hospital. She is currently attending
Columbus State Community College pursuing a degree in Veterinary Technology. She owns a
5-year old mixed breed named Honey. Meghan enjoys grooming dogs, running and cooking in her free time.
Kendall
Kendall is the Kennel Manager. He has been with Whitehall since 2001, has 2 dogs
Goldie and Taka, and just recently married Kim, a long time client at Whitehall. Kendall loves
animals and enjoys taking care of his regular boarders. He knows their personalities well which
makes it easy to tell if something is not right with them while they are boarding.
Terrie
Terrie is the receptionist here at Whitehall Animal Hospital. She and her husband Mike have
two grown sons. Terrie and Mike have a cat (Miss Kitty). Terrie is also a certified handgun
instructor and teaches at the NWTF Women in the Outdoors events.
